Customers!
Due to
circumstances beyond my control, I will be placing a
"freeze" on all website order inquiries for the
remainder of of the 2008 year. This means I will
not be taking any orders until 2009. I apologize
for any inconvenience this decision may cause; I do very
much appreciate your business, and I will return with
new items to order sometime in 2009. Please still
feel free to contact me with questions and inquiries of
any sort. Thank you in advance for your
understanding, and have a great remaining 2008
year!
If
you would like to order a carving, please allow ample
time for completion ( 6 to 8 weeks, depending
on the time of year ). All items are made to
order; I do not keep items in stock. Prices
are based on the complexity of the carving, combined
with the amount of time it takes to
complete.
The prices shown on each
page are for the specific items found in this
website. If there is anything you want changed,
added, omitted, resized, etc, it could affect
the price shown. Some items must be priced on a
negotiating basis. These would be custom orders
and the like. If you would like to work something
out or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact
me.
Payment
Once you have decided
to purchase a carving, contact me via
e-mail to confirm the total cost. Sorry, I do
not accept credit cards. Full payment by personal
check or money order must accompany all
orders. I will let you know when
the payment has been received. Be sure to include
the address where you want the item
sent!

Packaging/Shipping
There will be an additional 20.00
to 40.00 charge for packaging and shipping. I
ship UPS for insurance purposes. This charge may
need to be increased if the carving to be shipped
is unusually large or heavy; but in most cases, 20.00 to
40.00 will be fine. I will let you know when I have sent
the item out, and I can provide the tracking # if you
wish. Most recently, all major
shipping companies have implemented an additional charge
for "oversized" packages. This includes any
package over 15" x 15" cubic inches. If this is
the case in your order, additional charges may
apply!
Sales Tax
6% sales tax will be charged for PA
residents only.
Return Policy
It is my hope that you will be pleased with
your purchase upon receipt. However, if you are
not satisfied for any reason, the item(s) purchased may
be returned for a full refund, minus shipping/packaging
fees.
Please notify me
within 2 days of receiving the item(s) you intend
on returning; they must be shipped back to me within 10

Damaged Items
I will personally package the
item(s) to be shipped, and I do so extremely well.
However, if you find something broken due to shipping,
notify me, Shawn Cipa, within 10 days of receiving your
item(s). I will start the claims process.
Remember, UPS requires you to save the box, wrappings,
shipping materials, and broken items to be able to prove
